This is an appeal from an order of the Jefferson Circuit Court amending the conditions of the appellant's conditional discharge.

On October 15, 1985, the appellant entered a plea of guilty to an amended charge of carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Although the appellant was diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic, the appellant was deemed competent to stand trial at a competency hearing held prior to entry of the plea.
