This is an action arising out of the alleged theft of trade secrets from the plaintiff by some of the defendants which were then sold to other of the defendants. The plaintiff filed a multiple-count complaint, charging violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., and of Michigan common law.
