This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court sustaining defendants' exception and dismissing plaintiffs' suit. We amend and affirm.

Plaintiffs-appellants in this suit are David Williamson and Maxine Williamson, the owners of a tract of land situated in Claiborne Parish, and Carolyn Boykin, lessee of the property.
