The employer-relator, Kittson Memorial Hospital, and the insurer-relator, St. Paul Companies, appeal from a decision of the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals reversing the denial of rehabilitation benefits to employee-respondent by the rehabilitation review panel. The Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals held that the employee's misconduct which caused her termination did not bar her from receiving rehabilitation benefits, contrary to the decision...
