Appellant was indicted on the felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver after being caught at Houston Intercontinental Airport in possession of a suitcase containing almost 1000 grams of cocaine. He sought and was granted an extensive hearing on his motion to suppress evidence acquired by police officers at the airport.
