This cause is before us on appeal from a final judgment granting a permanent injunction, and from the order denying a motion for rehearing of that judgment. The issue concerns the application of rule 1.440, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, and questions whether the trial court erred in holding a final hearing on appellee's complaint for injunctive relief when there were motions pending at the time of the final hearing....
