Defendants Chris Condon and Pulitzer Broadcasting Company (KSDK) appeal from a judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict awarding plaintiff actual damages of $100,000 against both defendants, and punitive damages of $2,500 against defendant Condon and $1,000,000 against defendant KSDK, on his claim for libel. We affirm in part, and reverse in part.
