Wilbur Weeks and Anthony Weeks appeal their judgments and sentences, both appellants having been convicted after jury trial of two counts of manslaughter and one count of attempted manslaughter. We reverse.

The shooting incident which resulted in the trial of the appellants, Wilbur Weeks and Anthony Weeks, also spawned a separate trial wherein Lester Wells and Wayne Weeks were convicted of second degree murder and attempted second degree murder...
