This is a suit for damages in tort alleging a construction worker employed by a general contractor was killed when the contractor's crane he was operating fell approximately 250 feet from the top of an electrical generating plant under construction. The surviving spouse and major son of the decedent brought wrongful death and survivors' actions against the owner of the plant and its insurer, asserting the strict liability of La.C.C. arts. 2317 and 2322...
