We have consolidated these appeals because they arise out of a single jury trial that found Edward Bernard Billue (Billue) guilty of three counts of armed robbery with a firearm. The State of Florida appeals from an order that partially granted Billue's motion for Rule 3.850 relief and adjudicated Billue guilty of the lesser offense of robbery without a firearm or other deadly weapon.
