Terry L. Mountain was arrested January 10, 1985 in Lee's Summit near 3rd and Independence Streets when the automobile he was driving was observed weaving in the traffic lane and crossing the center line of the road. Mountain displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication and upon testing with a chemical breathalyzer, Mountain was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .153 percent.
