Plaintiff, McCammon and Associates, Inc., appeals a summary judgment dismissing its defamation and invasion of privacy action against defendants, McGraw-Hill Broadcasting Company, Inc., owner and operator of KMGH-TV, and Joe Pennington, a news reporter employed by McGraw-Hill. We affirm.
