This is an appeal from a judgment in an action for claim and delivery.

On August 23, 1979, appellant Arnold Wiedmer (Wiedmer) purchased a combine and attachments from appellee H.C. Clark Implement Co., Inc. (Clark) under a motor vehicle installment sales contract. The contract was renewed and provided for two payments of $8,186.64, the first due on December 15, 1984, and the second on December 15, 1985. Wiedmer failed to make the first payment...
