Following a bench trial on the charge of driving with a revoked license (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-303), the court sentenced Kenneth Tarbill to one year's probation provided he serve 90 days in the county jail, complete an alcohol evaluation, and pay a $300 fine plus court costs.
