ERICKSON, Justice.

In this original proceeding, petitioner contends that the respondent district court abused its discretion and exceeded its juridiction in ordering a temporary change of custody of petitioner's minor child and in finding petitioner in contempt for failing to comply with the court's order. We issued a rule to show cause and now make the rule absolute.
