James Martin Brown was tried by jury and convicted of first degree murder of his wife. He contends on this appeal that the conviction should be reversed because (1) the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction, (2) the court erred in allowing the introduction of evidence concerning his relationship with two women, and (3) the court improperly admitted rebuttal evidence.
