Allen D. Jorschumb appeals from a December 9, 1985 judgment awarding respondent Jackie L. Jorschumb permanent custody of the couple's only child and from the denial of his motion for a new trial. He contends on appeal that the custody award constitutes an abuse of discretion under Pikula v. Pikula, 374 N.W.2d 705 (Minn. 1985), and that respondent's failure to comply with a discovery request...
