OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

The appellant, Willie Decona Smith, Jr., was convicted of First Degree Burglary, in Tulsa County District Court, Case No. CRF-83-494, was sentenced to seven (7) years' imprisonment, and he now appeals.
