THIS MATTER is before the Court on a Complaint filed by the Plaintiff, Simon Fair ("Fair"), against the Defendant, AMP Incorporated ("AMP"), in which Fair alleges that he was demoted from third shift foreman in his employment with AMP because of his race and in retaliation for filing a charge of discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission...
