STATON, Presiding Judge.

Gary L. Long was convicted by a jury of two counts of Attempted Obstruction of Justice, a Class D felony, and two counts of Intimidation, a Class D felony. The intimidation convictions merged into the Attempted Obstruction of Justice convictions, and Long was sentenced to three years on each of the latter two counts, to be served consecutively.
