This is a direct appeal from convictions of attempted rape, a class A felony, I.C. §§ 35-42-4-1 and 35-41-5-1; attempted child molesting, a class A felony, I.C. §§ 35-42-4-3(c) and 35-41-5-1; and criminal confinement, a class B felony, I.C. § 35-42-3-3.
