OPINION

POPOVICH, Chief Judge.

Relator Donna Gonsior left her job with respondent Alternative Staffing, Inc. and applied for unemployment compensation benefits. Following a hearing, a department referee issued two separate decisions, finding Gonsior had voluntarily quit her job without good cause and had refused an offer of suitable reemployment. A Commissioner's representative affirmed the referee's decision, and Gonsior appealed by writ of certiorari....
