This is an appeal by the State from the setting aside of three sales tax assessments. We affirm.

Service Engraving Company, the taxpayer, was audited for sales tax purposes for a three-year period and, upon the three annual assessments having been made final at the administrative level, the taxpayer appealed to the circuit court which heard the ore tenus testimony of the taxpayer's controller and entered a judgment...
