This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction for criminal contempt in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Appellant Ronald Pearce was convicted and sentenced to two years' imprisonment for refusing to comply with a court order compelling him to testify before a grand jury.
