PER CURIAM:

In these consolidated appeals, Mr. and Mrs. Johnson challenge their convictions for possession of phenmetrazine with intent to distribute. We agree with Mr. Johnson's contention that the evidence is insufficient to sustain his conviction; we need not address his other contentions. We find no merit to Mrs. Johnson's claim that judicial misconduct and erroneous evidentiary rulings deprived her of a fair trial. We sustain her conviction; we reverse the conviction...
