Nursing home participants in the state Medical Assistance program1 appeal from a decision of the court of appeals affirming an order of the Commissioner of Human Services. The Commissioner upheld the Department of Human Services' (DHS) adjustments to the property-related cost component used in calculating the Medical Assistance reimbursement rate for the year beginning July 1, 1983. We affirm.
