Fichtner brings this appeal from a take nothing judgment entered in his action based on the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA).2 Further complaint is made of the trial court's award of attorney's fees to the defendant pursuant to section 17.50(c) of the Act. While Fichtner's points of error are multifarious, he essentially asserts the following errors: 1) the trial court erred in finding that his action was groundless...
