Defendants Grinnell Fire Protection Systems, Inc. and Northbrook Insurance Company (hereinafter "Grinnell" and "Northbrook") appeal the judgment of the district court declaring plaintiff Earl Baker to be totally and permanently disabled and entitled to maximum benefits under the workman's compensation laws.
