This is an adoption case.
After the final judgment of the probate court approved the Enlows' adoption of two children, the paternal grandparents, the Hickses, appealed to the circuit court. The circuit court dismissed their appeal on the ground that an appeal did not lie from the probate court to the circuit court in such cases. The paternal grandparents then appealed from the circuit court to this court.
