Emulex Corporation, defendant in a patent infringement/trade secrets suit before the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire appeals from a preliminary injunction entered on April 1, 1986. This court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(c)(1) (1982). On August 5, 1986, this court granted Emulex's request for a stay of paragraph 2 of the injunctive order.
