The defendant appeals from an order denying his motion to suppress evidence, following the entry of a plea of nolo contendere to a charge of trafficking in cannabis, specifically reserving his right to appeal the dispositive order. The narrow issue in the case is whether an electronic beeper, by means of which the police tracked defendant's airplane, was legally installed inside the airplane.
