No. 85-1379.

486 So.2d 695 (1986)

Oliver Junior WEBSTER, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

April 16, 1986.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

H. Dohn Williams, Jr., Ft. Lauderdale, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Joan Fowler Rossin, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Oliver Junior Webster, a juvenile, was convicted of certain offenses and then sentenced as an adult. In so doing, the trial court committed error because it did not follow the provisions of Section 39.111(6), Florida Statutes (1983).1 The failure to follow such provisions requires a remand for resentencing.
