(Saint Benedict Center), appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court dismissing the plaintiff's complaint. The suit asserts that Fakhri Maluf (known as Brother Francis) is the properly elected president-superior of Saint Benedict Center, and seeks relief which would bar the defendant from exercising any of the privileges and powers of that office.
