Plaintiff, A.M. Varityper, Division of A.M. International, Inc., brought this action to replevy a varityper business machine it delivered to defendants, Samir Rabbo and Maple Leaf Press, Inc., in September, 1982. Defendants counterclaimed for lost profits and damages due to plaintiff's alleged breach of express and implied warranties arising out of a sale of similar but unrelated equipment three months earlier.
