This appeal is from a judgment in a personal injury action brought by a construction worker injured in an electrical explosion against the electrical engineering firm on the project and the manufacturer of the electrical equipment. The engineers brought a third-party action seeking indemnification from the worker's employer and cross-claimed for contribution from the co-defendants, who raised a statute of limitations defense.
