This is the decision on plaintiffs' various motions relating to the Judgment Order dated February 20, 1985 (the "Order"). Pursuant to paragraph 1 of the Order judgment was entered against defendant, The Signal Companies, Inc. ("Signal") in the amount of $1.00 per share of U.O.P., Inc.
