Roosevelt Anthony appeals from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review which denied his request for benefits. The board affirmed the referee's decision that Anthony was ineligible for benefits because of willful misconduct.
Swift & Company employed Anthony as a laborer for eight years and his last day of work was on June 19,
