Appellant-third-party plaintiff, the Sterlington Bank, a Louisiana bank, appeals a judgment sustaining a declinatory exception of lack of in personam jurisdiction filed by the third-party defendant, Bennie Ryburn, Sr., an Arkansas resident.

We affirm.
