Passarella appeals his convictions of five counts of an indictment charging him with conspiracy to sell or exchange counterfeit obligations of the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 472 and 473, the unlawful possession and transfer of Federal Reserve notes in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 472 and 473, conspiracy to distribute Schedule II controlled substances in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)...
