This appeal involves the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act (Ark.Stat.Ann. § 34-2701, et seq. Supp.1985) and the Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act of 1980 (Pub.L. 96-611, 28 U.S.C. § 1738A).
