This case comes before us on appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court holding that the right of redemption of the defendants had been foreclosed by the adverse possession of the plaintiffs and also on a cross-appeal by the plaintiffs in respect to the assessment of costs.1 This judgment was entered following a nonjury trial.
