GRANT, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the district court for Sarpy County affirming defendant's conviction and sentence in the county court for Sarpy County for driving an automobile while his operator's license was suspended, in violation of Neb.Rev. Stat. §§ 60-418 and 60-430 (Reissue 1984). For the reasons hereinafter stated we affirm the judgment of the district court.
