In this action for patent infringement, plaintiff now moves for a preliminary injunction restraining defendant corporation from manufacturing, using or selling the coaxial connector which plaintiff alleges infringes the patent currently held by plaintiff identified as U.S. Patent No. 4,346,958 [the "'958 patent"].
