In this suit for unpaid wages pursuant to LSA-R.S. 23:631 et seq., the defendant-employer, Brown Builders, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of plaintiff, Printis Alexander, awarding the unpaid wages, together with penalty wages and reasonable attorney's fees.
