JOHNSON, Judge.
Plaintiffs initiated a processioning procedure pursuant to G.S. 38-1 to 38-4. Proper pleadings were filed by both parties and a full evidentiary hearing was conducted by the Clerk of Superior Court. Upon a judgment entered in favor of plaintiffs, defendants made timely appeal to Superior Court, Guilford County.
