OPINION

SEDGWICK, Judge.

This appeal is from denial of appellant's motion to vacate a South Dakota judgment entered pursuant to the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act, Minn.Stat. §§ 548.26-.33 (1984). We affirm.

FACTS

Respondent Corsica Cheese, Inc. (Corsica Cheese) sued Roers Enterprises, Inc. and Patrick G. Roers in South Dakota state court for damages arising out of a technical assistance and licensing agreement....
