The appellant, Timothy K. Jameson, was charged in the county court for Kearney County, Nebraska, with driving while intoxicated, third or subsequent offense, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 39-669.07 (Reissue 1984). Pursuant to a plea bargain, Jameson, accompanied by counsel, entered a plea of no contest. The court subsequently found that Jameson had been previously convicted of more than three prior offenses...
