Motions for reargument or, in the alternative, for leave to the Court of Appeals and for other relief granted to the extent of amending the ordering paragraph of the remittitur order heretofore entered November 15, 1985 (115 A.D.2d 291) to read as follows:

"It is hereby ORDERED that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously modified, on the law, by reversing that part which denied the motions of plaintiff...
