Relator, Frank Urbish, requests that a writ issue ordering Judge Sharolyn Wood of the 127th District Court to vacate her order overruling Frank's Motion to Show Authority why his former wife, Mary Urbish, should represent their minor son, Michael, in a suit for personal injuries.
