OPINION

HOPKINS, Justice.

The Court on its own motion, withdraws the opinion and judgment dated June 26, 1986 and substitutes the following.

Trails East, a Joint Venture d/b/a Chaparral Apartments, defendant in the trial court, appeals from a nonjury trial judgment wherein Patricia Lynn Mustafa was awarded damages of $15,800 plus attorney's fees.

Judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
